"I have stayed at this hotel 3 times so they must good. It is 10 mins walk from Shinjuku stn east exit. The rooms are slightly larger than some other similar priced japan hotels. There is space to open cases and store clothes. Good breakfast buffet."

"Be sure to get a room that’s large otherwise the one bed rooms (for two) are quite small. Hotel was excellent for our five night stay. We upgraded to a larger room on a high floor and were much happier. Rooms are clean and the showers are excellent. Nice having the washer dryer unit. Very convenient to exploring Tokyo! Loved the location."

"Staff were great and spoke English. Room was fairly small and had a bit of sewage order in the bathroom, which the hotel seem to know about since there was air freshener and they turned the fans on when they cleaned. Breakfast buffet looked ok but not exceptional, we did not purchase. Room was quiet with good heating controls. One side of the bed did not have an outlet or any charging ports, which was a bit annoying. "
