It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). Rates reflect demand at any given time and if they’re too high for me, I forego in lieu of a more affordable option in the area. Otherwise, great and perfect in all aspects, especially its central Shinjuku location."
