"Great single room for a solo traveler. Room was efficient and every space was well used without compromising comfort. Fantastic location. Helpful staff, excellent communication prior to my arrival in providing instructions on how to get to the hotel from Narita. Hotel breakfast at 1900 yen was a 7/10 in my opinion, but worth the convenience. "

"This was a typical small Tokyo hotel room. I wish I picked something with a closer train station. Everything was very clean and the services were ok. We didn’t really use any of the amenities except for the washer and dryer which are not meant for anything heavier than the occasional shirt. I tried washing 5 pants on a washer and dryer and my tees in another and I did the dryer twice and everything was still wet."

"Great spot if you want to be a little off into the residential area. Very good onsen with long hours. Room does get very stuffy cause it’s small. "

"The location was super convenient for getting around and loads of local dining options. We stayed for 3 nights and our first night the bed was like a hammock. We changed rooms for the last 2 nights - reception handled the change well. The lifts take time and there is no stair option (emergency only). Check in is mostly electronic but staff are on hand which kind of defeats the purpose I thought. Would much rather a personal experience. "

"I loved the cleanliness and location of this hotel. It is close to shopping, restaurants, coffee, shops, and Metro stations literally within walking distance. It’s very safe and you can stay out as late as you want. But the rooms are very tiny. We didn’t even have enough space for our luggages, no storages and no space to move around. I am not sure if they have other floor plans but the rooms we were in were extremely small. The hotel lobby is also used as storages so there is no sitting area....
