"Great location with very helpful and friendly staff, the small pizza and cheese restaurant was very convenient and the cafe/ bar at street level had some great beers. The room was on the small size with no real place for suit cases but it was very clean with a lovely shower."

"Convenient location with direct airport transfer bus. Easily accessible with Shinjuku station 2 mins walk away. Love the view from the hotel and the high floor. Makes one feels relaxed and comfortable. Only the bed is hard and pillows were uncomfortable."
