I was told there would be an extra charge for the room. As I had no choice i reluctantly agreed. on checkin I was told I could charge the amount cited by Hotels.com and pay the additional 30 dollars in cash. It is my understanding that it is illegal to impose an additional charge for handicapped rooms. I...
