In a great area of S.F. and a ‘gem in disguise’. Looks like an old motel that has been well maintained, but when in the room, you feel like you are at a new Hilton. Great value, nice staff, and very quiet. There is shopping and great restaurants nearby, and in a very safe area as well. Great for families or mature adults who just want a nice room and a place to leave a nice vehicle without worry. Will stay here again!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! We checked in and immediately checked out as soon as we saw the room. This place is absolutely disgusting from stains on the bedding to stains all over the floors and chairs. This place is so nasty I didn’t even want to put my things down. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Value stay with room for improvement.
The price was in line with expectations of the property. There were dated aspects of it for sure that needed to be addressed. The sliding door to the bathroom was terrible. Didn’t even cover the total opening. Silly. Was put in a room I didn’t request and was no communication when checking in. Overall, value stay but ensure your expectations are aligned.

She wouldn’t let me into my room even tho it was pre-paid because my credit card for the $100 insurance wouldn’t go through. So essentially had my room stolen from me because of the “incidents” fee. They lost a good customer last night

Price was much higher than stated on expedia booking. The grounds and rooms are not clean. Other hotel guests made a lot of noise until 4.30am, noone answered the lobby phone when called for help. This inn is neglected and managers are only interested in money and not providing a safe, comfortable, clean stay for their guests.

Linens clean, floors filthy. Shower near impossible to operate. Door from bathroom is a sliding barn door that is not big enough to close the gap thereby letting orders and light into sleeping area. Staff very nice and responsive.

Lots of hair in the bathroom
Found a lot of long black hair strands in the shower. Stains on carpet next to the bed. Table and chairs old and scratched. Bathroom fan doesn’t work and old window covered by new shower wall. Office closed at 8AM when I left so no receipt

It wasn’t very clean. Although I did like the layout of the rooms but the bathroom door came off the hinges when I closed it. My husband opened the back sliding door and it came of track so we had to leave it open a bit throughout the whole stay and that felt unsafe with toddler and a baby.

The pool area was a huge disappointment. All the lounge beds were broken and dirty. The pool water needed sweeping. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Jeffries next door has a great breakfast. Huge portions so my hubby and I shared a meal. The pancakes are enormous.
