As I had already checked into the room last night, they should have apologized for the inconvenience and miscommunication but instead they lied and then refused to let me in room. Walked away and forced me to call the cops to get into the room! Horrible management of their mistake, their issue.

I went to Expedia and I got the room for one day and instead of putting the right date I put 12/10-12/11 I put the wrong dates in so I had to change them.to 12/9-12/10 then the Sandman asked me for a $200 deposit who are these people I had gift cards prepaid cards. They wouldn’t take them so we never went into the room. I don’t want my money back.

This hotel is recently remodeled. They did a good job making an old hotel feel refreshed. Service was also very good. I will stay here again.

The few staff that they have are very helpful very hospitable their room appliances are often broken and their sales team is unreachable I work for a corporation and I wanted to try to arrange corporate rates but I cannot get in touch with anyone from sales after several attempts so management should look into that they may be missing out on a big opportunity with a major corporation
