"The location along Sonoma Creek was wonderful and very comfortable. The facility was clean and comfortable with several amenities. Staff was very responsive to our initial questions about the heating system and the situation was quickly resolved. The rental was described as having two king beds. On a 3rd page it was described as a king and a queen. In reality it was a king and a double bed (our assessment). Hopefully, the management company can resolve this in their listing.Other than that, it was a wonderful rental experience. We would not hesitate to rent this locale again. "

"Host was very responsive and courteous. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the property itself is very spacious. It wasn't obvious to me from the listing, but two rooms, a bathroom, and the game room are in a detached unit. I thought the property overall was well-maintained, and the amenities were great. Seems like a very nice place to stay in the summer since you can only heat the pool once the weather starts to warm up. Unfortunately, we were afraid of being charged the 500 fee for heating the pool, so we opted against using the pool spa. The kitchen had plenty of tableware and cookware (an air fryer and a waffle iron!), but some of the kitchen pantry could've been replenished. Luckily, we brought some of our own ingredients and there was just enough storage space, so we didn't miss anything. However, we were very happy to see birthday candles stocked since we were celebrating a birthday. I also loved how walkable it was to a few restaurants and wineries, just maybe not at night, because there are no sidewalks and the main road is not well-lit. I would recommend this rental for groups and families since there's plenty to do both in the house and around the area, and I would definitely book this place again."

"We met family for birthday celebration. Wine tours & wonderful food! Had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook for family. Too cold for pool but enjoyed hot tub, deck and yard. Location close to all 7 wineries we visited. Highly recommend."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Kenwood. We enjoyed all the nearby wineries, and also loved being located between Sonoma and Santa Rosa (and closer to Guerneville, Healdsburg, and Bodega Bay). We hiked nearly every day as we had a variety of choices nearby. The house had everything we wanted or needed, and our communication with the owner was always friendly, quick, and easy. One of our favorite places we've stayed!"

"This is our second time renting Willian's home in Kenwood. This home is absolutely stunning and fully equipped with everything you need for a family or group of friends gathering. Fold-out bunk beds, 3 pack and plays, a high chair, tennis and pickle ball rackets, sidewalk chalk and great kitchen and bathroom products. Linens are great quality as well. Chateau St Jean and many other wineries are minutes away. We will absolutely rent this home again and will recommend it to others.Only issue is having things delivered: Amazon Fresh, Uber eats etc... do have difficulty finding the property, so be better prepared than we were and do your own grocery run :)"
