"Breakfast could be better and better stocked. Manager / owner were polite and tried offering transportation advice early on to and from the airport. Not much to do when raining though as this is not typical hotel. Would recommend staying if you are a physically fit adults who don’t mind stairs and little amenities. "

"This is a nice hotel that is difficult to find at first. There is a restaurant by the same name near the hotel location where Google maps took me. We couldn't locate it so we went inside the restaurant thinking it was connected but the hostess let us know it wasn't and told us how to get to it. "We were very happy with our stay here while we in Venice. The suite was spacious for our family of four. We even had two full bathrooms, which I was not expecting! The breakfast service was lovely and the location is great. The only negative was the beds. I would say the property is overdue for new mattresses."

"The property was good and central to Rialto bridge. The apartment did not have a safe which most hotels have so we were surprised by this considering it is code entry into the building and a code into the unit. A neighbouring building around the area suffered from construction and throwing bricks to the ground so the morning was noisy. Someone took a massive dump outside the unit door and it seemed others were using the area to pee so it smells bad when you enter the unit. There was also barf...
