However, the hotel only has two rooms like this - one room with green decor, which is featured heavily on the website and a second with Red decor. For the first few nights of our stay we were in the 'red' room. The website description of this class of luxury room is 215ft2, with wardrobe and dressing table. "Beautiful hotel with an amazing complimentary breakfast! Only downside was we didn’t have Air Conditioning due to the laws in Venice during this time of year, but that is not the hotel’s fault and they gave us a fan to help keep us cool! They also gave us a scent diffuser as a present on Halloween as well as chocolates on our pillow every morning! Very kind staff and overall an amazing experience!"

"Our stay was wonderful! The owner is very accommodating and the service was great. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch and really good. Our room was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient to the vaporetta stop and very quiet. We would definitely recommend this place!"
