"First front desk staff were great everyone was so friendly and professional. Specially Paulo in the morning and Nasim at night time. They really want to help you. Breakfast was great a lot of choices . Every morning they would greet you and asked about your desire for drink. One of the ladies made the most delicious cappuccino. Our room was facing the canal and had an amazing view. Close to market. Close to everything walking distance to everywhere and water transportation on the canal steps...

"The check-in process was ok and the room was decent. The only problem was that the room had an air conditioner, but no remote was included. No one answered the phone when I called to inquire about getting a remote at around 5:30 in the evening. As it is hot in Venice, that could be a real problem for a lot of guests. Luckily it was not in the dead of summer. Overall, it was ok. "

"I don’t think anything is convenient in Venice, but at least this location is not that far from the train station. I really like the area, it was quiet, but yet close to a lot of cafés and restaurants. It was comfortable, and the breakfast included was a nice touch the receptionist was very nice and attentive. I highly recommend this place and I would stay here again."
