This property does what it’s designed to do. It’s not a luxury hotel, but as a stopover between a train and a bus to the mountains, its location works nicely. It’s also very convenient for a quick ride into Venice. I will stay again.

Convenient to train station, close to bus transport to Venice. Check in was smooth and we took advantage of the luggage story since we arrived before check in time. Some upgrading is being done and our room had a newer bathroom compared to one of our other travel companions. There is carpet in the rooms which is quite dated and could use replacing.

Hotel it’s in a really good location right in front of a train station. Everything was really good in the hotel, except the man at the check in was little rude but everybody else was really good people. Also my room was not like the picture but it was ok and clean. I will stay here again.

It's a good hotel from the price value perspective. One minor thing is it doesn't provide parking. I used "STAR"[arling lot as the hotel guide. However, in the end, I had to pay in full when I went out because the parking coupon I had paid at the hotel had expired.

Bus station and train station to Venice is just across the street from the hotel. Several restaurants and cafes were within walking distance. Very convenient. Hotel room and bath room are decent size. The bath tub was a bit too high to climb in. The half glass splash shield over the tub was a joke. Lack of safety hand grip on the bath tub wall was a concern for elderly folks. Other than that, I would book the hotel again next time.

the room was quite spacious and the price very reasonable, nearby restaurants very good and convenient. the breakfast was okay, comparable to other hotels that charge similar prices. however the bathroom stinks so much we need to keep the door shut, yet the room still doesn’t smell good - if not for the good price i’d rate it a 2 for the smell.

Wonderful Hotel Plaza Venice with great staff
The Hotel Plaza Venice is a lovely place. The location is perfect- just in front of the Mestre Train Station; and easy to access from the ATVO Bus Stop. The Hotel is in a strategic location for sight-seeing in Venice or in other parts of Italy- with easy access to the Mestre Train Station. We are very happy for having stayed at the Hotel. The staff are great—particularly Andrea and Giovanni. They are very kind, helpful, and competent. The staff are also prompt in providing responses to my inquiries. Thank you very much for a memorable stay! Breakfast is hearty and had a variety of options- pastries, fruits, coffee, juices, yoghurts, and hot dish of eggs, bacon, and bacon—and served in buffet style. You will not go hungry! The Buffet staff are also very kind and hard-working. The room is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is large and very clean too. I highly recommend Hotel Plaza Venice and would stay here again when we visit Venice-and other parts of Italy in the future.
