"The hotel was conveniently located near the Saint Lucia train station. We took the train to and from our cruise ship to get to Venice. It was a wonderful quaint hotel beautifully decorated. "Property was clean, quiet and quaint. Location was not too easy to get to via water taxi cab with luggage. Elevator was convenient but only to the 2nd floor. My room was on the 3rd floor. The staff assisted with my luggage from 2nd floor to the 3rd via stairs. Hotel would be great if they offered coffee/tea and croissants. They have a nice sitting area for this. Staff was pleasant and helpful."

"Unfortunately there were steps to get to our room. The staff were available to help with luggage when we arrived and left. Room itself large. Looked out over a side canal. A lot of noise from upstairs or sure if hotel or other usage. Easy to access from grand canal transport."
