"Very quaint hotel--my room was a little noisy during the day since it abutted an outside walkway, but this would not matter if you were out sightseeing all day (I was on a business trip and needed to work inside some of the time, but since I had earplugs, the noise was not a problem). The included breakfast was nice (large selection and the wait staff were very nice) and the hotel provides umbrellas for the occasional rains. I would stay here again."

"Grand Canal Apartment was a great/comfortable and convenient location. It was a couple of blocks from the Rialto Markets and a short walk to many shops/ restaurants/bars and the Rialto Bridge. It was at the end of a neighborhood Calle that was generally quiet. The 2 AC units (one in the bedroom & one in the living room) kept us comfortable on some warm/humid nights! Just ONE flight up to this second floor apartment made it fairly easy to get our bags into the apartment! A family of 4 could...

"Ground floor apartment in a great location, close to everything yet away from the 'touristy' busy areas of Venice. The apartment was clean, spacious and relatively well appointed and communication with the lady from 'Venice Neighbours' for the checkin process was smooth and very accomodating. Would definitely stay here again. "
