"What a great Hotel in an amazing area close to everything you could need. Both reception staff we encountered were amazing , friendly and polite. A great breakfast selection that sets you up for the day. Clean rooms with a huge bed and smart TV in room aswell. Amazing value for such a great central location in the middle of Venice. "Rooms are very nicely designed. There is no desk or other surface to place a laptop (and therefore no chair) - perhaps not a deal killer, but important to know. A big problem is the lack of a card lock to the main door of the hotel (work in progress). When the receptionist runs an errand, you will be waiting in front of a "back soon" sign. Staff shrugged off this concern."

"Overall a perfect experience. After checking in, we asked to switch to a room with two beds since I wasn't feeling well. I explained that if they could accommodate us, the room did not have to have a canal view. The staff told us to continue with our plans and when we return, stop by the desk for new keys. When we came back, our belongings were already transferred. The new room was perfect, and it still had a canal view... Very impressive service. Id definitely recommend this property and would...

"Large 2 bedroom flat in a convenient and quiet area .... but a few things to beware of. Arranged to collect the keys from the key box near the bus station but when we arrived in the late afternoon ... no keys! Had to call the agent and someone turned up with them shortly after. Google doesn't show the location properly. Follow the directions you will be provided with. You have to pay €40 for cleaning but despite this there were cobwebs on the ceilings. Bring your own shampoo etc. - there's none...
