"It’s a great hotel to stay at in Venice, close to everything (piazza San Marco was less then a minute walk away). The room was large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Venice."

From the warm welcome received upon arrival from Lucrezia to the attentive assistance received from the Concierge Team and Toros from Security. They were very supportive and helpful, as my wife had a foot injury during a museum visit, and made what seemed to be a ruined holiday, a very memorable one. "I so wish we could have stayed for more than 1 night. We arrived early and we're able to leave our luggage on site while we enjoyed the area before checking in. Upon check in, we were escorted to our palatial-sized room and were given information about breakfast in the morning, which we, unfortunately, had to miss due to an early train we needed to catch. The windows opened right up to the canal and a footbridge. They had shutters, which we were able to close at bedtime, which were very effective at blocking out both sound and light. Most importantly, this was the most comfortable bed we slept in during our 3 week trip to Greece and Italy! "
