"We appreciated the location very much . It was easy access to everything we wanted to see. Our room was very clean and just like the picture that I saw in the advertisement. Although the television did not work, as well as the phone for room service. We did not appreciate that the guy at the reception when he told us that they were putting us in a better room and in the side of the hotel that he called the better area. He reference that the other side was were we should be. He got on the phone and spoke with someone in Italian with someone on the phone, after hanging up the phone he said he was going to need to charge us $15 per Person per day for the use of the elevator. When I made the reservation I saw that they had an elevator for us it is important as my husband has a hard time going through several stairs . As I heard his comment I told him we had no choice and he marked something down in the paperwork that he had for our room. Nothing that we would’ve charged $15 fee per day per person. At time of check out nothing was charged as we mentioned the to the person that was at the front desk what we were told the night before. Otherwise their breakfast was absolutely delicious with an incredible variety of food. Thank you"

"Staff were super nice, helpful, and very welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean. The location is only 2 minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and about 17 minutes walk from the train station. Lots of shops and cafes/restaurants just a few steps from the hotel. We left very satisfied after our two nights stay here. Thanks! "

"A very quiet hotel just steps from shopping. The water taxi to the airport was very convenient, and much cheaper than regular taxi. "

I’m headed to the George the V Four Seasons in Paris to join my wife. Several months ago I stayed at the Four Seasons Budapest. The Baglioni Luna hotel is an absolute jewel , and the price for the service and facilities cannot be beaten. The staff was magnificent as was the included breakfast. It is clearly one of my favorite hotels."

"I was upgraded to double room with a canal view. Room was spacious and very elegant. What stood out were the staff and service. Everyone was polite, gracious and went out of their way to help. That made it a 5 star experience. I will definitely stay there again the next time I’m in Venice."
