"The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and relatively quiet, there was occasional noise in the walkway below but did not bother us. The only problem for me was that the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I moved to the middle of the bed in order to get any sleep at all. It did not bother my husband though. "

"This was not what I paid for! The room was nothing like the picture advertised.it was pocky and tiny with very little room to move. The shower door was blocked by the toilet and wouldn't close. Check in was over a computer monitor with just a voice telling me to pick up directions and go elsewhere to register. Never met the voice's owner. An overall depressing experience."

"Nice property. Very small. Smelled old and musty but felt clean. Staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly! Wish there was more food options but Venice is full of food so it wasn't too challenging. One thing i really wish is that there was more decoration or home touches to the place. All around it was fine but my room did feel like a white walled closet and did not help with my mental space while I was there. Could just be a me thing though!"

"Aqua B was perfect for our family of four. It was difficult finding accommodations for all of us in Venice. The room/suite was lovely and clean, plenty of electrical outlets. The included breakfast was very nice and quick. The person at the front desk was so helpful in arranging a water taxi/tour at Murano and water taxi to the train station. The room was very quiet and the king bed was very comfortable."
