After checkout m, we were able to leave our bags with the hotel so that we could explore more of beautiful Venice. Hallways are a little tired, but this didn’t impact our wonderful stay. "Staff was helpful with recommendations. This property was not conducive to families. Needed to be super quiet. It was terribly difficult to enter and leave. Air did not work. The room was 90 plus degrees. We all sweated terribly and now they are asking us to pay 300 plus euro for a new mattress claiming someone wet the bed. They said they’d get us a water taxi. A private bathroom with shower free wi-fi and optional breakfast.
