"Great location, quiet street. Hotel was centrally located and staff was very friendly. Only issue was with check out. If you require an early morning check out, be sure to let them know ahead of time. The gentleman on duty was down right rude to us and shared his displeasure of not being notified ahead of time of our 8am departure. Despite that encounter, I would recommend. "

"We had a very nice experience at Hotel Al Ponte Mocenigo. First of all, customer service is really amazing. The staff is available all the time and allways willing to help. The only minus is that in the room the air was a bit humid ( I think due to the fact that the room was not oriented on the sunny side). But also in the room there was an air purifier. Breakfast was good, with a big variety. If we ever come back to Venice, we will stay there again."

The room was 90 plus degrees. We all sweated terribly and now they are asking us to pay 300 plus euro for a new mattress claiming someone wet the bed. They said they’d get us a water taxi. "A great, small locally owned and run property close to the railway station. This B&B has all you need for a stay in Venice. a clean room with enough storage. A private bathroom with shower free wi-fi and optional breakfast. The hotel is situated 5 mins walk from the Riva de Biasio waterbus stop with no steps to carry your luggage over and only one stop from the railway station, or two stops from the bus station. 25 mins from St Marks square and only 15 mins from the Rialto bridge.
