"My sister, brother-in-law, and I had a great experience when we stayed at Doubletree by Hilton San Juan. Staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us when we encountered each other. They were easy to speak with and contact whenever we had any questions or concerns. When we reported an issue with our room, just as a precaution not expecting anything out of of it, the manager and staff followed up with us, provided us with an update, allowed us to change our rooms, and gave us a complimentary meal. We were not expecting this at all! We felt very welcomed and at peace here. We would definitely book here again for any future trips to San Juan, Puerto Rico. I would also like to add that everything is centrally located here. From the hotel you can walk down Calle Loíza and try different restaurants and even walk down to La Placita."
