"No hay recepción y si tienes que dejar el equipaje no es posible. La habitación está bien, limpia y con artículos de tocador. El lugar es ruidoso, si buscas descanso y tranquilidad no es lo adecuado. Si buscas un lugar cerca de bares, restaurantes definitivamente está bien. Demoraron en enviarme la información para acceder al lugar, estuve más de 30 minutos esperando y me enviaron cuando me comuniqué con ellos. Fui por un viaje de negocios y no creo que vuelva si es por este motivo."

"This location was so intimate and convenient located near all the activities in San Juan. The property was clean and any issues were resolved almost immediately. We were able to leave our bags in the office after check out until it was time for us to head to the airport. Just a great experience overall. "

"The place is good so far, but finding it was a little hard because it was late and just a little sign which when I got off of my car, it looked I was able to find the entrance. Did not see any parking specific to the hotel, but managed to park in an alley. Still here I will let you know when I check out today the full experience."

"The only thing I didnt like there was no fridge or microwave in the room and the room had a full size bed. Other then that everything else was fine"

"I want so bad to give this property a 5 star rating. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They gave us a beautiful room with a fantastic view! I will be forever thankful for this wonderful week here. The zul restaurant was great. Had some really good Tacos. The room was clean and the beds are nice. It was also helpful to have access to laundry while we were there. Here's the not so good, and the reason for the 4 rating.... the hot tub is not a hot tub. It's cold. Not much...

"This property was renovating the downstairs to include a little deli. The rooms were newly renovated and comfortable . We felt safe walking around the area. Lots of little local restaurants and bars along the main drag. We found a food truck court. 20 minutes walking distance that was just fabulous. The beach was about 30 to 40 minute walk. Well worth the walk."

"Upon dropping us off at the location, we were very skeptical (outside looked shappby). But the inside is very well kept and cleaned . It was very modern and updated. I wished I have stayed there the day before my cruise as well. We only stayed a couples of hours until flight time but will definitely stay there again in the future. "

We flew in for a cruise and wanted to spend a day in San Juan before departing on the cruise. The location is fabulous...right in the heart of Old San Juan in walking distance to everything we wanted to see as well as great F&B Options.
