Overall excellent place ,convenient to dining and shops for other needs . Staff was great specially Keagan at front desk. Room was quiet and amazing view from 7th floor . Will definitely stay here again. Only downfall was front entrance parking for checking.

Had a shower and the bath tub did not drain. Looking at the drain it was full of hair. Clogged and backed up not nice to stand in. When I informed the front end staff she moved us into a different room. No apology no acknowledgment. Poor customer service.

Staff did not help much at night… parking was awful since is outside the hotel cross the street and no proper instructions were given. Staff dis not make the effort to help, ask what we want, how we can handle the luggage in the lobby.

Very friendly helpful staff. Great stay for the night before our cruise. They happily stored our luggage. There is a beautiful roof top area, great place to relax. I do wish there was water in the room and Kleenex but otherwise everything was great!

Thought the gym would be bigger (i.e. treadmill and/or elliptical machine... Rooftop terrace was nice. Room was very spacious with storage. No coffee available that we could see in room or hotel.

Second time staying here. It’s a nice hotel with everything we need for the trip. The rooftop is a plus. The only problem is the noise from other rooms, but it’s hard to avoid during the busy season. Overall, we still liked our stay here.

Good location, minutes to Old San Juan, Condado, airport. Small room but price was good. "What to do" will tell you to go to places in the city but Miramar has good restaurants also and a hopping nightlife district. A/C was noisy and cycled on and off all night. Roads and traffic right around the hotel warrant nerves of steel.

Staff good to excellent. Beach, restaurants, etc all within walking distance. Property in good condition. Good alternative to beach hotels if price is a concern. Lagoon activities typically trump ocean side conditions which can be rough and inaccessible at times.

Staff seemed nice, we did a late check in and it went well. Small rooms, old furniture, odd smells just an older smaller hotel. Little gym was decent, roof top was cute.
