"Plenty to at the hotel itself but close and convenient to walk around and explore. The beach is clean and right outside the hotel and the pool is heaven overlooking the water. The staff and everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind and accommodating. Did not want to leave! Will be back "

"this is an old hotel that has been restored several times. As such, it is NOT a resort like you would get in "new" San Juan. What it doesn't have in bells and whistles it makes up for in warmth and charm. The staff go above and beyond, the location is unbeatable, and the old world ambiance makes for a wonderful stay. My only word of caution is do not drive to the hotel as there is no dedicated parking, and especially on weekends, parking can be a challenge. Will definitely stay there again!"
