"We recently stayed at the Condado Ocean Club to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, accepting, and accommodating. I had pre-arranged for our room to be decorated before check-in, and they made sure everything was beautifully set up. Although the décor noted “30 years” instead of 10, it was still romantic and added a fun, lighthearted touch to our celebration. The club itself is a fantastic place, but what truly made our stay exceptional were Marc and Carlos. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made our trip truly memorable. Marc, your dedication and long hours do not go unnoticed—your passion and the relationships you build with customers are evident and deeply appreciated. To Marc, Carlos, and the entire Condado Ocean Club team, thank you for making our anniversary so special. "Nice hotel. It was quiet and the room was comfortable and well-spaced out. The location was good. Short walk to the beach. They give you chairs that have straps on the back so you can put them on like back packs when you go. Drinks at the hotel are pricey. I'll add this next part as someone on doing another review mentioned so I'll verify it. They charge an extra $40 per day as a resort fee. This can be used towards food or drinks but you still paid for it. It does not carry over to the next day so if you forget and don't go get drinks or food, oh well. For price reference we got 2 pina colada's which were $16 ea. After you tip and tax you spent the $40. You can find cheaper elsewhere. Plenty of restaurants around. We didn't rent a car this time. There really isn't much site seeing in this part of San Juan. All the site seeing is in Old San Juan and you're probably not walking that far. There are plenty of Ubers around for that sort of thing if you didn't rent a car. "
