Find All-inclusive Hotel in San Juan

"Tips: You have to take a ferry to the beach. It's beautiful and actually enjoyable. However, if you stay late, the last ferry leaves at 5:00. If you want to get off the beach at a decent time, get in line for the ferry not long after 4:00. Also, book dinner early in the day through the concierge. We only had a problem one night, but that was only for one restaurant and there were other options that worked well. And nothing to do with the resort, but BOOK YOUR BIO BAY TOUR BEFORE YOUR TRIP! They fill up fast. Also, Viejo San Juan (an hour from the resort by taxi) is well worth the trip just to see the Castillo San Felipe del Morro. "

"The property is amazing to relax and stay there. If you are looking something like this, it is the right place. The beach is amazing, service incredible and rooms perfect. The only thing is that they do not mop the floors daily, there was a lot of dust under the beds and the lamps were full of dust too. The balcony was really dirty. However, if you want to explore the island, you will want to rent a car or stay more like in San Juan or Condado or Isla verde. The only observation we have for the hotel is that after 6pm is too boring. They should have more activities or shows to entertain the people at night. "

"The breakfast buffet is great and kids eat free. The pool is a little cold on most days but there is a warm jacuzzi that’s kind of small for 10 people. The slides were fun for the kids. I wish the breakfast was included because the cost of the rooms are quite high all year around. The beach is nice but it’s a red flag beach so swimming is dangerous. We enjoyed the waves but watched our children like hawks. The terrazzo restaurant gelato is delicious. Many restaurant around the hotel at walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay. "
