"This hotel is right in the heart of the romantica zone, you got the convenience of street vendors for amazing food, small grocery stores, breakfast diners. Local bus routes, bars, sports bars, you name it this area is the real authentic Puerto Vallarta experience, unlike the hotel tourist trap areas. This is a basic hotel, but the beds are clean. The rooms are clean air conditioning works showers, clean bathrooms, clean staff are friendly and most of all this hotel has several outdoor patio locations that are great to sit down and have a meal and just relax and listen to the great city. Everything is Within walking distance, the beach, the boardwalk. If you’re a light sleeper, the city noise will keep you up. It’s not an issue for me. I live in a big city. I’m used to loud loud noises. I sleep right through it. I will definitely try and book this hotel again on next year‘s visit."

"We were upgraded to the Arcos suites across the street for my Fiancés birthday, which was very kind and surprising, Much appreciated! It was a large room with a king bed and two couches, did i mention the balcony? It was a great 5 night stay. No complaints whatsoever. We have stayed at Casa Susana before and the Playa Los Arcos. The best and quietest has been Arcos suites. We would go to the Casa Susana pool because the sun would hit it all day. It was a fantastic stay, we can’t wait to go back! "

"Weekend trip... the location is superb and central. Easy walk to the Malecon and beaches. The city is vibrate with different entertainment options. Live bands, clubs, bars and just a place to decompress. The park is lively. But make sure you grab and interior room for a peaceful nights sleep. "

"Great service, very friendly staff. Clean hotel - can see the staff cleaning the common areas multiple times a day, room cleaning also great. Staff helped with booking the excursions as well. Shared kitchen was also nice - was able to store food in the fridge and make coffee in the morning "

"This hotel is up the hill, but not far from the coast - it was a lovely stay and the rooftop bar and pool beautiful. Wonderful view - has a totally different vibe than being down on the water. I liked it a lot"
