"Gorgeous hotel built with lots of attention to detail, decorated with tasteful furniture and unusual artwork. Rooms are very spacious and with comfortable mattresses (we stayed in 2 different rooms during our 7 night stay, both had a nice large balcony overlooking the river). Hotel is located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Zona Romantica and the Malecon. We did hear barking dogs during some nights, but otherwise it was very peaceful. Lots of amenities: heated infinity pool and a bar on the rooftop with stunning views, jacuzzi on a different level, plus 2 more pools elsewhere on the property. Front staff was wonderful (thank you, Javier!). The staff all spoke good English and were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is served in a beautiful dining room located in the original part of the hotel [which used to be a private house], and though relatively simple, it was well prepared. Would love to stay there again! "
