This property is aged and is not well-maintained, yet it is located directly on the beach. The staff was very extremely nice and professional. We loved the beach and the rooftop. The only negative point was our city-view room had a window facing the hallway to access other rooms on that floor. Because of this, we had no privacy in our room. If I had known this I would not have booked this hotel.

Booked for four nights, left hotel AFTER 3 hrs, didn’t stay... .booked a one bedroom, it was 2 tiny twin beds.... no hot water......street was noisey....

Place is hard to communicate. Had a personal issue they didnt want to make it right in anyway. I been patient and their excuse they cant do nothing about it (which they can, but dont want to). I will not be staying here again and dont recommend it.

We have stayed at this place a number of times. While this is an old property, it’s perfectly situated in the heart of everything. The staff are always helpful and the property is perfectly clean. Don’t expect a pool or a gym as there are no amenities. However, it’s exactly right in terms of location, service and price.

Small hotel on the beach. Rooms are fine but bathroom very small. Some rooms can be noisy but once we moved rooms it was fine. City view rooms have window that opens into the walkway for the other rooms so not private if curtains open. Kitchenette was ideal for us and we would stay at this hotel again.

Great locations but a lot of room for improvement. The mattress and pillows were old and stained, the room was very smelly, advertised pool and beach club which was non existent. It was a low price for the beach but things could have been updated. I will say the place had great water pressure and temperature, the staff was professional and helpful.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Any questions or concerns were answered and taken care of in very short order. The internet was ok but tended to drop out on occasion. My only suggestion would be, maybe have comfortable chairs on the balconies. The chairs provided were great if you're sitting at the table but not so good for sitting and reading. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay.

The hotel staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is great, the hotel is right on the beach, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The room was nothing fancy at all but very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant Si Senor which was attached to the hotel. There was no pool, the rooftop had a hot tub sized cooling pool and some lounge chairs. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel with kind staff. They are located right on the beach & there is a restaurant on property where you are given a discount for dining there. Rooms are nice with a fridge although the water filter/dispenser was not working. My only gripe is there isnt a pool and there isnt much beach strand to chill on the beach but you can walk a few short feet to the right and enjoy the beach right there. Location is fantastic right in the heart of all the action in the Romantic zone!
