"What an awesome property! The pictures do not do this property justice. It was very clean and well maintained. Great gardens such a nice pool and spacious kitchen. We prepared breakfast a couple of times but there are so many restaurant options near by there really wasn’t any reason to cook. The staff was so nice and responsive, they even checked up on us after a minor earthquake in the area to make sure we were okay. "Property was listed as having a washer and dryer. Staying for 17 days that was important. Upon arriving I am told it was broken and soon to be replaced. As each day went by no replacement. Also unit had only 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth so I ended up drying with damp towels most of the time. "

"This was a beautiful and well equipped property. We didn't really do any cooking in the room, but it appeared to have everything one would need. The views from the rooftop pool and lounge area are fantastic. I could easily live here.We did have two issues during the stay but both were resolved quickly. The safe stopped functioning(the battery came loose inside) and the bedroom AC was dripping.My only critique has more to do with the location than anything wrong with the room. There are...

"This condo unit is absolutely beautiful!It is new and well equipped, nicely decorated with amazing lighting features for any time of the day or night!The view from the deck is fabulous and we were able to watch whales everyday from it!The rooftop pool was our favourite and we used it everyday! What a spectacular view of the ocean from there as well! "

"We’ve vacationed in Puerto Vallarta for many years and rented condos in the Romantic Zone. This was our first time at Avida and the location and condo were great. It was close the Malacon, Los Muertos beach and all the best restaurants PV has to offer. It’s a very walkable area. The roof top infinity pool was amazing with great views of Banderas Bay where we even got to see whales breaching. We would look to book here again."

"Would have been good to know that there are many steps to reach the property from the highway. Not suitable for elderly or young children or anyone unfit unless you are renting a car. The pool is lovely but not in sun until after noon and there are only four lounge chairs. "
