"This is our second time came to Garza Blanca. The (front desk)concierge supervisor from Hotel Mousai is extremely rude. Because of him we doesn’t go to the Japanese restaurant there. "Great resort but definitely short staffed. Check in was a nightmare with rooms canceled due to a computer issue. We were part of a wedding party of 150 guests so this was a huge deal for many of us. Room service world quote 30 minutes for delivery and on one occasion took an hour and a half! I’d prefer a true time so I can decide if I want to order or not. The staff tried their best but were handicapped due to hotels lack of staffing."

"This was a step down from what I experienced in Cancun but I was told that is too be expected. Staff was great. Food was good but they did close some of the restaurants for dinner. One was about to be remodeled and others were closed because there weren't enough guests to justify keeping them all open. I am luck that this only happened on my last day. I would recommend this hotel if you understand that resorts in this location are not as luxurious as the equivalent resort in Cancun."

"This was our first trip to Peurto Vallarta. The Grand Park Royal is in a beautiful spot (10 min by cab) to the Zona Romantica. We were able to climb thr beach boulders for 35 min to Playa Paredon and we walked to Los Arcos, finding a quiet beach along the way with no one else there.
