"This was my second stay and I would definitely come back a third time. I really liked how cold the ac got. I actually had to turn the thermostat up because it was too cold in my room. The location is ideal with it being so close to the ferry, shopping, restaurants and Playa Norte."

"Most everything was very good here…it is a hidden little gem..the staff were great…the room was always cleaned perfectly. The outside area could do with a little more maintenance like a good pressure washing. The pool needs a good scrub, algae growing. The free fruit and toast for breakfast was perfect for us. Local transportation easy to access. For the price, I would recommend."

"We loved this hotel- the location is just perfect so close to Playa Norte but also in a quieter spot. The views from the pool earlier were beautiful. The exterior of the hotel was really well thought out, not too concrete jungle like many others and a beautiful swimming pool. The beds are super comfortable! The only negative was our shower was cold and was no much more than a dribble. "

"The beach was beautiful and the favourite part of our trip! Even though the sandy area was small there was always enough loungers and the staff were willing to grab more if needed and would put up an umbrella if you wanted one. Many areas to snorkel and see fish. Staff would bring food and drinks to you while on the beach. The food was good and if you didn’t like any of the options you could get something made on the grill. Breakfast was the best. We loved the staff, most were super friendly and went above and beyond! We especially loved Kimberly, Eduardo, and Nicholas! My biggest complaint would be that they had a lot of bikes but only a few of them worked and that there were a few areas of the resort under construction while we were there ie. one restaurant and a bridge recently destroyed by a hurricane. Secondly I’m happy to say they weren’t overly pushy but still pushy enough to to try to get you into their VIP rewards program right after checking in. We just wanted to go to our room and not listen to someone convince us of their VIP membership (for almost an hour.) We ended up being super firm and they didn’t bother us for the rest of our time there. "
