"We stayed here for an entire week when we were on our vacation to Puerto Vallarta. We asked for a room upgrade and they gave it to us. They definitely need new mattresses. I lost a family heirloom necklace on this trip(please don't bring valuables, (leave them home) I had thought that maybe it got taken from the hotel room and they went above and beyond to send me all the cameras and logins to help me figure out that it must've got lost or maybe stolen when I was out on an excursion. "The resort is beautiful and in a great location. There was in an incredible view from the outdoor restaurant facing the ocean. The 3 pools were great, especially the lounge chairs that were in the pool. The staff are very friendly. Tatiana was so patient with all of our questions. Check in was easy.
