Nestled in a private building with only eight units, our ground floor haven provides unrivaled convenience, location, privacy, and value—just steps from the patio to the pool and a pristine, Mexican white sand beach with crystal clear, blue water. There's great water access for swimming and snorkeling just steps away. Bask in the comfort of our hacienda-style retreat, boasting a fully appointed, modern kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood cabinets, and a full array of quality appliances.

The dining room, adorned with custom furnishings, sets the stage for memorable gatherings around a table for eight. There's also a fantastic amount of fun awaiting withing walking distance from the condo, such as a regulation 9 hole golf course, lighted nine hole Par 3 course and driving range, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, outdoor workout area, children's playground, and walking/biking trails in the large Central Park. If relaxation is your game it's about a hundred yard walk down the beach to a beachfront bar and restaurant.

Family Spring Break
The condo is fantastic. It has lots of room, private baths for each bedroom, is well decorated, and has a wonderful patio. It is located perfectly, on the beach and a short walk to all of the restaurants. The best place to stay in Puerto Aventuras!

Great stay in Puerto
We have been to Puerto many many times and this was the best location so far. Couldn’t have been closer to the beach. Town was super close, too. Loved that the building only had 8 condos. We were almost always the only ones at the pool and beach. It felt very private. Thanks for a great stay!

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed a relaxing week at this property. The condo is specious and comfortable. You can’t beat the location to the pool and beach. We also rented the golf cart, which was convenient for dinners out. Be sure to bring swim shoes and snorkel gear!

Perfect getaway
Fantastic property in every way. Our 2nd stay here it’s just perfect for us. PA is a great vacation spot and everyone is so friendly. The only thing was there was a good bit of sargassum but not anything you can do about it. Didn’t diminish our vacation at all. We will be back maybe later this summer….

Lovely Condo
This condo is beautiful and directly on the beach. We liked that it was part of a small complex. We had the beach and the pool mostly to ourselves. The unit is steps away from the pool and beach. The furnishings are very nice and the kitchen is extremely well stocked.

Beautiful Property
Our stay was amazing. The property was clean and had so many little details included. The town itself was so friendly and had multiple great restaurants and cute little stores. We loved going around the town on a golf cart. The grocery store was a short cab ride away. The filtered water and ice in the kitchen was fantastic. We loved having a washer and dryer as well. Snorkeling right outside the condo was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back!

2nd WONDERFUL STAY
My family has had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo in March 2019 and again in March 2021. The owner, Stephen, keeps the property in immaculate condition and goes above and beyond to assure your stay is care free. From detailed instructions on all aspects of the property, emergency contact information, recommended site seeing, to lining up COVID testing for our flight home. We have visited PA for 10 years and this is our favorite place to call home while on vacation.

Another amazing stay in PA!
We’ve been to Puerto Aventuras multiple times and Real Del Mar is our favorite condo building. Location, beach access, pool, and layout are just the best for what we need. Being in the gated community and renting a golf cart to get around is so stress-free. The property manager, Anivi, is a gem - she was so helpful with grocery orders, birthday cake order, recommendations, etc. The owners for the condo reply quickly and efficiently. It honestly doesn’t get any better than waking from your condo straight to the pool and the beach. Literally just steps away! The condo is completely supplied with everything you need. Can’t wait to come back!

Can’t beat the view and great overall location
My husband and I and our two teenage daughters (15&18) stayed here and each daughter brought a friend along. I was worried about having teenage girls in Mexico because I honestly just didn’t know how safe it would be. The community where this condo is felt very safe and I had no issues with the teenagers walking around and exploring the gated village at all. The condo is within walking distance of so many restaurants. We tried a different one every night! As the photos show, there’s no better ocean view that can exist. Owners were super communicative and gave so much helpful information about the region and the condo. I also found Puerto Adventuras to be a perfect location as we enjoyed many of the Xcaret parks. Plus being situated between Tulum and Playa del Carmen was perfect for other day trips, in addition to proximity to many cenotes. The other cities felt chaotic and congested to me but Puerto Adventuras and the area this condo is in just felt like a more relaxed speed.

Best place ever~
We have been in the Cancun/Playa area for weekly vacations for the last 13 years. This year we all agreed this is the best area and condo so far. First of all Stephen was a great communicater and the few times I emailed him, he repsonded less then 24 hours. The area we have stayed for the last 5 years, as we love Puerto Adventures as it is quiet and laid back. This condo is perfectly located with the nice pool about a 10 foot walk from the condo and down the stairs to the white sandy beach and water. There is only 8 condos in this place and the neighbors were friendly and helpful for any information. The condo was huge. Each room was spacious and the pillow top beds were amazing. I must stay the dehumidifiers in each room made the stay comfortable as it provided constant noise and the rooms comfortable and cool. I can not say more good things about this stay.. home we will be back again!

A lovely view to wake up to every morning.
We were doing our first big family vacation since the pandemic so it was important. Having stayed in PA 8 yrs ago, we already knew it was a wonderful place for young kids. They were teens this time around and it was still lovely. We rented a golf cart for convenience and fun. It was delivered directly to the condo. Palapas, a hammock, beautiful beach, pool & landscaping, plenty of seating - the outdoors could not be better. Inside there’s TV’s & ceiling fans in each room, a modern kitchen, 3 1/2 baths, lots of water toys. The local staff were always very helpful as was the property owner. We were so very fortunate to have a turtle lay her eggs overnight on the beach directly in front of the property and to interact with the wildlife biologists. That was a trip highlight. They’ve promised to keep us updated. Our entire family was extremely happy with both the condo and being back in PA. We should not have taken so long to return.

Gorgeous
We stayed 7 nights at Real Del Mar in Puerto Adventuras.It was wonderful. This spacious condo was a perfect place for our family aged 6-77yrs old! We are a very active family, and we took advantage of Tulum ruins, different cenotes, and on my birthday, we experienced the dolphins. We loved the convenience of how close Real Del Mar is to the village. We loved the pool and the sea the beach so close. We felt very safe there. The condo itself is beautiful. We loved the outdoor dining table and the covered veranda outside this lovely home. The kitchen has all the gadgets needed to make what every we wanted. Oh, and the filtered water!!!! Thank you for providing filtered, safe, good tasting water both in the kitchen sink and the refrigerator water and ice. That gave us great peace of mind. We found some activities to play with both on the beach, in the pool and even lawn games. We loved the beach towels and found Amazon has them. Aniva is the property manager and is top notch! She addressed even our most menial needs and even found us a cook to come to the condo to cook us a wonderful traditional Yucatan peninsula meal. YUM! Thank you for offering your beautiful home away from home to others. A shout out to the hard work of the landscaper crew. One suggestion to perspective renters, bring water shoes to wear in the shallow rocky bottom water out front of the condo unless your feet are toughened. There is sandy bottom a few yards to the left.

Paradise south of Cancun
Nothing better than waking up to the sound of surf and having coffee on a lovely veranda looking out on the azure Mexican caribe over a semi private pool. Then enjoying the last remnants of daylight with a margarita in hand, on the private pristine beach with amigo’s. This ground floor condo was immaculate, well furnished with a lovely outdoor dining table and comfortable outdoor furniture. The beds were great, which is important for us “senior” travelers. All the amenities had been considered for hospitality and entertaining a small group. Great to have reverse osmosis- in the past we were hauling drinking water all the time. Stephen had everything covered- including some great suggestions for airport transportation and Covid re-entry. Seamless. Communication was “ easy peasy”. PA is a busy area now, but the unit is private and luxurious. Access to the Marina/village was excellent. The bay offered swimming, snorkeling, surf fishing, charters , and one windy day there were dozens of kite boarders out! Hard to find fault. If there was one think I’d complain about it was the dishwasher…take this with a grain of salt ;-) ocean living is definitely hard on appliances. We’re hoping to return asap to the same property. BTW…Take advantage of the golf cart! Well worth the extra $$. The guys were running back and forth for Corona’s and limes from the markets every day.

Amazing place to stay with a family!
This condo is absolutely perfect! My family and I have taken several trips to the Riviera Maya, this being our second stay in Puerto Aventuras and this was by far the best time we have had! All-Inclusive resorts get crowded and have become boring as the kids have gotten older, and this condo offered so many options that kept us busy the whole week! We spent a lot of time within the guarded and gated community just checking out everything to do in PA, from swimming and snorkeling just steps from the back door (you can actually rent snorkeling gear right in the community's main retail area). to watching the dolphins perform, and dining at all the great little restaurants in the area. We rented a golf cart to get around very quickly and easily. We also rented a car right outside the community a few times and drove to some of the main attractions close to PA such as the Mayan ruins in Tulum and shopping at Playa del Carmen. There are also some fantastic cenotes with great snorkeling opportunities just 5 minutes down the road. The owner left a very detailed list and was very helpful in giving suggestions for things to do during our stay. He even told us about a small out of the way restaurant to try that ended up being one of the best meals we had the entire time we were there. You can tell he has paid attention to making sure every detail has been taken care of to ensure we had everything we needed like ample towels for the beach and a well supplied kitchen. If you do want or need to go out, everything is very easy to access from the condo, and there is a grocery store just up the road a bit, making it convenient and easy to fix meals at the condo for those days you just want to stay on the beach and be bums all day. My boyfriend actually proposed to me the very first night we were there so this was definitely a vacation I will never forget! Can't wait to come back for our honeymoon!

Amazing stay in Puerta Aventuras!
Our family stayed here for 8 nights over Thanksgiving - I think it was even more beautiful than the pictures - which doesn't happen often with rentals! Spacious, beautiful, well thought out floor plan, GORGEOUS ocean views from all public areas of the condo. You literally can't get any closer to the ocean. Even with 9 people there (6 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids) - there is plenty of room to spread out and with TV's in each room and a separate back patio - if someone needed down time, it was easily found. Kitchen was top notch - there wasn't one cooking item we needed that wasn't there. Every bedroom has it's own private bathroom, beautifully done and the hot water never ran out AND they all had great pressure. There was also a 1/2 bath near kitchen which was really nice. The complex itself was only 8 condos - we basically had the pool to ourselves the entire week. When we did see neighbors, they were very friendly. Moe was the caretaker for the entire building and was there every morning keeping the pool, grounds and beach beautiful and a very nice guy. Easy walk to marina, having a golf cart was fun (but not needed because it was all so close) - the kids loved driving around on it. Easy walk up beach to Omni for afternoon drinks and/or lunch. We rented a paddleboard for the week from GoPaddle365, you could also rent kayaks by the hour at the Omni. Only 'cons' would be: thought there could have been more dishes...what was there were beautiful but if I remember correctly, it was a service for eight so we had to constantly wash the plates and not sure how old the mattresses are but they seemed a little sagging. Neither was anything that would keep me from renting the unit again...I have stayed in PA 3 times and this will be my go to from now on - blew the other two places I've rented away!

Terrific location and home
This property is just as described, but the full beauty of the view and convenience of its location is hard to capture in photos. This is a lovely, spacious beachfront condo for a private, quiet get-away. The area and home are great for families. The owners clearly care about making their guests comfortable.The owners were terrific during the rental process and whenever we needed to reach them - they left no question unanswered and were very helpful. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 young children spanning ages 7 to 77. Everyone had a great time. A bit about the home: The condo has all the necessities and is well maintained and clean. The one thing we absolutely love about this home was that you can sit and relax in the shade of the patio while the kids swim in the pool about 15 feet away; and you can even see them playing out in the sea. The sea is very warm and shallow for quite a ways. There are a number of water inflatables and beach toys at the house for the kids to enjoy as well. You will need water shoes walking into the water as there is a fair amount of rock/coral - which makes for good snorkeling as you get out a ways (bring your own water shoes as the stores charge a premium for them here and you will need them for places like Xel-ha too). The other great thing about this home is that it is close to The Marina, which is the hub of the area. It is 2 minutes by Golf Cart or 4-5 minutes walk up the beach/through the Omni Hotel Lobby. If you don't know Puerto Aventuras (we didn't) here is a quick summary: It is not at all like Playa del Carmen or Cancun area, it is more upscale and mellow; no big commercial buildings/operations other than a few (3?) hotels. It is a gated community with a golf course, marinas and lower profile hotels, so it feels like a development and not a city. The Marina is nice setting with lots of restaurants, gelato, shops and dolphin activities. There is also a large grocery store located just across the highway outside the gates ($5 by taxi). So you have all you need close by. Places like Xel-Ha and Xcaret (great for families) and a few cenotes are also close. Hope that helps!

Great family vacation! We'll be back!
First off, the condo location is awesome! The beach is perfect for playing in the sand, snorkeling or just lazing around. The Omni hotel is close so you can go there and get a meal or a drink on the beach. There is a small town a short walk away where you can pick up general groceries from the store, grab a great meal from the many restaurants and even swing with the dolphins at the Dolphin Experience. We loved the Pub for drinks and appetizers, the gelato place was amazing (the one next to the Pub) and the Italian Restaurant was really good! There is also a great local breakfast spot right outside of the gates of Puerto Aventuras called Arbalito and it was so good. They have breakfast tacos, fresh smoothies and Mexican coffee. You need to get there early since they close at 11 am. Also be sure to check out Bamboo for their great breakfast and fresh made Empinadas. The condo itself was very nice and well appointed. We had 6 people and we never felt crowded and had plenty of room to spread out. While you'll spend most of your time on the beach side of the unit, there is a very nice patio on the back that you can get some quiet time and hang out with the local kitty cat who roams around the area. There were a couple of issues which should be expected when staying at a condo on the ocean but they were quickly addressed by the owner and local property manager. They were both great to work with and made the booking experience easy. The property manager was also able to give a recommendation for a woman who came and prepared a meal for us at the condo. It was fabulous and would highly recommend you treat yourself to this experience. The woman did all of the shopping, cooking and even cleaned up afterwards. We didn't rent a car but did rent a golf cart from Bruno (Carrito Tech) which was a great way to get around the area. We were able to drive the cart to the Colleta on the other side of the community and it provided great swimming and snorkeling. We ended up hiring a driver for a day trip to the ruins and beach in Tulum. This is a must! We used Memo from Memo Tours and he was very knowledgeable and provided a nice vehicle for us to ride in and and called ahead for reservations at a local restaurant for us. We took a cab to Playa del Carmen a day trip and it was ok but we preferred the quiet of Puerto Aventuras, Tulum and Akumal (where you can swim with the turtles in the bay). It was an amazing trip.
