"Really nice hotel in a really good location. Only reason I've given 4* is because of the noise - every single night we could hear singing from a local bar (and thumping music) until very late at night/early in the morning. It might not bother everyone but we found it hard to sleep. It might be room dependent as well, and perhaps we were unlucky. But other than this everything else was excellent."

"It was nice. Great location-very close to the main plaza. We got the room that had three beds and a full kitchenette. It was called La Perla. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and the facilities are great. The included breakfast was exceptional, but it did take a long time. There was also secure parking, which was nice."

"The staff and the business owner were simply lovely and really responsive when I have a question or demand. The place was clean, really nice and i wish I could have more time to enjoy it. It's a bit further away from the centre, but I recommend a lot, a really nice and sweet place with lovely people working there."

"This colonial style hotel has character! We loved our balcony in room 319 that overlooked the street! We were a 5 minute walk to the Gran Plaza, 5 minutes to the restaurant Chaya Maya, a 10 minute walk to the giant city market, and about a 20 minute walk to Paseo De Montejo and Parque De La Plancha! We enjoyed cooling off in the aberca/picina/pool! It was about 5 feet deep and 20 feet long. The room had a mini fridge that we kept stocked with cold drinks and there was a lot of stores and restaurants all around us! We enjoyed the hotel’s excellent coffee shop, but never did try their restaurant. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful and smiled a lot. Thanks to everyone! Muchas gracias todos! John & Pat"
