"Stayed end of Oct. It was hot, so we spent more time in condo than we usually would. Nightly sunset rooftop pool was great! Fabulous clean condo, beautiful ocean view, every thing we needed for our first trip to PV!"

"This is not the first, and will not be the last time that we have stayed at this beautiful location to celebrate a birthday. The privacy and accommodations have always been excellent. Watching the whales from the balcony has always given us joy. It is an easy UBER ride into the city. It would be hard to go to Puerto Vallarta and not stay here."

"Host Liz and her Dad were excellent, condo was small but nice and cleaning was excellent. Sunscape had good aspects like pool and palapas but the all inclusive part had very noisy music and excessive rules for condo dwellers which detracted from our stay. Location was good."

"We chose it because of comfy looking furniture and that it’s in our favorite area. Apartment was very nice and comfortable like we thought. Lilly was amazing. She kept everything running great and took great care of us. I probably would choose a tower further away from club music. They do stop music by 9:30 so wasn’t too bad. The staff and security are amazing very safe place to stay. And this area is so close to so many things. Would definitely recommend. "

"Lots of room, Ive always loved south PV. Our mission was to find a property to purchase which we did in Bucerias. That said im going to miss our visits south. The green jungle and pink sandy beaches, clear water, great ocean views from just about everywhere. Its bitter sweet to buy so far north..."

"We booked this property based on the location and were not disappointed. The view from the balcony is stunning and we enjoyed several beautiful sunsets from there and the beach and left the doors open to listen to the waves at night. Grocery store within walking distance and souvenirs next door. Highly recommend and hope to be back again."

"The condo itself was good. Just what we needed for size. The 2 beds were comfortable. 2 of my children had to sleep on the pull out couch (which is no big deal normally) however the if they were too far up the bed collapsed back inward on them, the mattress was very skinny and stained. The patio was good with a great view of the ocean. However it was not private as there was only a small chain separating the other patios. So people from the other condos would be able to walk through our patio...

"Huge apartment, clean, great view, comfortable beds. Very good privacy from other units, and great sound isolation. Building is very safe and well-maintained. Building has low-key restaurant service at the pool with very good food quality. Beach access is easy, and beach is great for body surfing. Twice weekly cleaning was very thorough and much appreciated. You can't go wrong staying here."
