"I’ll start by what we didn’t like - we arrived around 3:00pm and we’re told our room was not ready, would be another 40 minutes and they would contact us. We waited by the bar and after 90 minutes I went back to the front desk to ask about our room. I was told they messaged me our room was ready, I showed no such thing happened. "Loved having a kitchen! Very clean and quiet. The AC was very cold, nice escape from the heat. The communication about which room I was supposed to have was a little lacking. The woman at the front desk/gate was very patient with me though, I don't know much Spanish, and together we figured it out. I would definitely stay again!"
