"It was really well run and managed. Clean very nice rooms. Well maintained. Food was excellent. The only negative is maid did not restock fridge water or coffee etc. They did not have it in their cart. I would go back. I loved every time we came back from excursion the lobby bell boy would say" welcome home". It always made us feel welcome. If you are all inclusive do not write any tip on the bill. We always tipped in cash but if you note this on receipt you will owe this at the end. No one...

"Everything was good except that Expedia and Hotel both refused to refund or credit my account one of the family members was not able to join us. It was a finger Pointing exercise. I contacted Expedia on the day that I thought I could change but was told that I could cancel the entire trip and rebook at current prices but that would have meant new airlines. This did not make sense especially when traveling with young children. BEWARE"

"We enjoyed staying here very much. It was nice because it was a mostly Mexican clientele, and we weren't surrounded by other gringo's like ourselves. Haha. That's kind of the point of visiting another country. The only complaints we had were that despite having a beautiful private beach, the house music was way too loud. If you like the music, take a seat near the speaker. There was no option to find a seat away from the noise and enjoy a book with the sound of waves and human conversation....

"We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean!
