"I have absolutely nothing to say negative about the house or staff. Everything was perfect! The house is huge and extremely clean and comfortable! There were 7 in our group and we had room to spread out and relax. The staff (especially Linda) are fabulous! They arranged our transportation when we needed it, they cleaned up everyday and the meals prepared for us were exceptional! I would love to go back! "

"We stayed at Jon and Carol's property for a week in early April and could not have had a better stay. We were a multi-generational family of 6 and their villa was absolutely wonderful for us. Jon was super helpful with the planning and had numerous suggestions for places to eat off the resort. The resort was great-we opted for all inclusive this time, but the kitchen in the villa was fully equipped and we would probably consider doing more cooking on our next visit. "This house was exceptional! The on site staff was amazing, our house was cleaned daily and we never went without something we needed. The pool was cleaned daily and fresh pool towels put out. We were treated to margaritas and chips/salsa upon arrival and were given a full house tour. My only complaint is the listing says it’s 13 min from the airport and 20 min from the malecon which is not accurate. Mismaloyma Bay is about 45 min from the airport and 40 Min from downtown PV. Not a deal breaker...

We all had our own room which was so nice and because we rented the whole building we could just chill and leave our crap wherever. There are 3 very large rooms and the rest are still very comfortable. Each room has excellent A/C and a mini fridge. Kitchen has a regular size fridge as well. "My friends and I stayed at this villa for almost a week. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was cool and refreshing, and the views were breathtaking! It is located up a steep hill--it's on a path up to the mirado (viewpoint) with many locals making the trek--and we either enjoyed the challenging walk or were able to successfully get Ubers/taxis up to the house. "Absolutely loved the house. Very spacious and worked well with our 12 person family. Spiral staircase was neat but be mindful if mobility impaired or have small children (there is a safety gate).
