"We booked this apartment for a total of 5 nights. They can probably improve the property’s apartments by investing a little on some furniture or deep clean chairs and sofa. Also, I would suggest to offer all guests cleaning services for an additional charge in the property. It would’ve been nice to have someone coming to clean the apartment for us. I would highly suggest this place to stay with no high expectations but normal to non expectations. I would also suggest to wear earplugs at night...

"We liked the location. It’s close to where we wanted to be. The check in was a little dramatic because the property doesn’t have a lobby or a front desk. The unit we had was great. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen and the shower are all well equipped. We would definitely come back. Thanks! "

"Property was clean and quiet, it rained a bit for a day or two and rooms were a little chilly no blanket’s available for use. Towels to shower were a few and no extras available. Sent a message to host about a few small roaches and no reply was sent back. Notified cleaning personnel and they stated they would send message until now I have not received a reply. It’s convenient to get around the place was clean and plenty of area to rest and work. WiFi was spotty and slow. "

"Great place! Very centrally located. We stayed in the 1 bedroom, Apt 1. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. We had daily maid service and loved how it had a full kitchen. Also, the upstairs terrace is beautifully decorated and complete with a BBQ grill, large cooler and plenty of seating!! I hope to stay here again on our next visit."

"Property was in a great, central location, easy access to late night eats. The apartment was really nice, modern, and clean. The beds are not super comfortable, as the sheets are too thin/papery and the pillows are too high/hard. Other than that, we had an easy experience with accessing the door and checking in and out. "

"We liked that the pools were big, beautiful and clean. The beach was quiet and sandy. The staff were friendly. There was space in the condo for 5. We liked the heated pool on the beach as the other pools were quite cold. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied. We didn’t like the noise coming from next door due to poor insulation. The property is fairy new but aging quickly due to weather and poor upkeep. The AC units dripped when used for more than a few hours. We could have used some beach...

"We really like it at Rooms Huatulco. It’s the second year for us. It’s a small property and you get to know everyone by socializing around the pool. We like being able to cook some meals. The house keeping is excellent. One gal does it all. It’s central enough to walk many places or take a quick trip to the beaches in a taxi. "
