They were very very accommodating responding to me immediately with Whatsapp and booking the best available boat for the trip. We were very very pleased with them and highly recommend this hotel for it's comfort and service! Also it is in a narrow alley and you have to pick up a cab 3 blocks away so you can ask the hotel to book your airport...
