"All around great hotel for a first stay in Tokyo. Above all the staff are very fluent in English and incredibly helpful -- the concierge was so great for making reservations, suggesting great restaurants that weren't touristy, and since they use WhatsApp w guests incredibly easy to communicate with even when we were out and about.
