"I just had the best vacation at this exceptional hotel. The staff are excellent, professional and polite they can’t do enough for you and take great pride in their work. Juanita and Sandra waitresses in the bar gave me the royal treatment always giving a warm smile each day and ensuring I always had a cocktail in hand and JJ at the pool area was so friendly and helpful. I was given a free room upgrade overlooking the pool and ocean which was so kind of the amazing reception team who made check in and checkout effortless. The rooms are large and clean and the maids do a fantastic job, whilst the resort is smaller than others you have everything you need here and there is always something going on with activities or entertainment - good vibes all round!, gorgeous beach and very safe for a solo female traveller. The food is very good with a selection of great restaurants and options to choose from. I made friends and memories of a lifetime at this incredible hotel and I can’t sing its praises enough. The only downside is that I had to leave but I’m sure I will return in the future. "

"The Resort was amazing super fun and clean, definitely did not feel uncomfortable at any point. Staff made sure everyone followed the rules and kept everyone in line. The front desk staff juan and kenia where very helpful. The pool side bartenders were great liquor was strong, Gio was a great drink guy took great care of us. Our breakfast server was amazing. Entertainment at the pools was fire and very much enjoyable. night time entertainment was very good and sexy Food was good at all the dining locations breakfast was mid not my favorite, but the lunches and dinners made up for it.
