"Although it was probably because it’s their slower season, our booking got upgraded for free! The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. There was some mild wear and tear on the room (rips in the carpet, a switch for the fireplace missing, and the fire place did not work) the room itself was beautiful, cozy, and had a great view with a small sitting area. "We loved this older hotel! It was so quaint! We loved that it was within walking distance of everything downtown. The coffee, water, and hot tea at all times and fresh cookies truly was a lovely touch as well. Every staff member that we encountered was very nice and cordial. I definitely recommend this hotel!!"

"The property for being old is well maintained and very comfortable. Its in a very quiet area and we felt safe and comfortable the moment we arrived. Our only issue was there was a private ceremony that was being held at the restaurant and the outdoor seating was below our window. The amount of talking and yelling children was a disturbance and the hotel should have told us about the gathering or addressed the noise level."

"I always love coming here! We do it annually, if not more as we live in Colorado. I’ve NEVER had a BAD experience so please don’t read this in that way. Only warning I have is don’t sleep in room 402. It’s right by glass doors that slam all night with people going through them and it’s attached to a main hallway. Other than that - it’s always a pleasure! "
