"We wanted to come to New Orleans with a budget but are definitely used to a certain quality of facilities and this was the perfect in between something fancy and something cheap. I very much love The artsy mural on the outside, it was very clean, the parking being a sign be a room was awesome, my only wish was that there was a microwave in the unit. If we come to New Orleans again we will definitely stay here"

"Was nervous reading the reviews and then staying here. Was a very easy place to stay despite the reviews. Remember... this is rated as a 2 star hotel. If your expectation is a 4+ star hotel, your price will be a lot different too. The staff was great. Had everything I needed and very friendly. The hallways had slight marijuana smell but after the first night of running the ac unit, it wasn't noticeable coming out of the hallway. Room was clean. Bathroom was good. For what I paid for the...

"Overall, very good. The rooms are a bit dated and some obvious wear is evident. My chair had the back ripped, wear and scrpae marks on the wall and furniture wand carpet worn. Painted side of bathtub peeling badly and some rust on metal door frame of bathroom. But the bed was comfortable, Heat worked well and the area is QUIET. Only 3 minute drive to the ferry that takes you to downtown. One big minus, no restaurants around anywhere."
