"Needed a night before i left on a solo cruise. I got the email with gate code but no room code. The email did have code to the lock box with actual key attached to a retractable wire. A few hours later i went to meet an uber driver and when i came back i couldnt enter code into key box so i called and this wonderful woman (worker) came and rescued me within minutes. I.showed her my email with no room code and she promptly came back with the number. I had a very restful sleep, no noise complaints...
