"I read all the previous reviews before my stay and disagreed with most of the negative ones. I had a very positive experience here The hotel is in a safe area, we always felt safe. Our suite was very large and very clean. The hotel staff was always helpful. The beach access is amazing and having 2 chairs and an umbrella plus beach towels is the best. And the boardwalk is right outside the hotel so you can bike or walk alll the way to South Beach. We will definitely be staying here again. Ignore the bad reviews. This is a great place to stay !"

"So much to like about this property. Even with being rained out, the amenities and space made up for the down time. Alvin, at check in, was so help and accommodating, all while remaining calm, professional and kind. A lot of his female counterparts could use a lesson from him. The wait staff was so fun and efficient. We loved that the property was super family friendly, and everything was in walking distance. The pool and beach did not disappoint. Will return. "
