"Second stay here as a family. We returned for the proximity to the beach and the various pools. Get the balcony room as other rooms aren't as nice. Do not honour any VIP rewards and had upgrades but tried to charge me a few hundred extra. "

I’m so excited when I found this hotel through Hotels.com but arriving check in to 45 minutes in the room smell like smoke. It was terrible even when I came home my suitcase and clothes smells like cigarette. I was awful. I don’t think I’m ever going back to that hotel. Also, they never told us their pool was on their maintenance. Had to go to another hotel to used their pool. "
