Very good location, nice quiet apartment, we didn’t hear any neighbors. We stayed a week, kids loved it. Transportation to South Beach and downtown steps away. Nice, heated swimming pool! We are definitely coming back!!

The apartment was not what was advertised. We expected updated and modern, this was not. The beds were uncomfortable and very low to the ground. The stove top is cracked down the middle. Check in was a disaster. It was clean and a convenient location however, we will not stay there again.

The reviews of this property are terrible so my fear was high. My only complaints are the rooms could’ve been a lot cleaner, the check in process lacks organization, and customer service. A lot of the people checking in along with myself had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in which was pointless given all the check in information is emailed to you prior to arrival. Please disregard the comments stating valet is $30-40. I never paid for valet, we tipped when we felt it was necessary. Valet can also be typically unorganized but the valet members are very kind and accommodating. The access to the beach is amazing and is located right through the pool, which had food, drinks and areas for kids if you bring yours. The location was great conveniently located near all of our reservations. Overall 4.5 stars! It was perfect for the weekend we stayed and I would stay again if it is for a weekend trip.

The place was just ok.Outside seems cozy but when u get to the room it was smell bad like a rotten something,Smell like a stock room. In the morning I emailed the management if they could give us at least 1 hour extension to check out; around 11 am.But she said NO because she said someone will occupy or check in.Take note check in time is 3 PM then they want you to check out at 10 am.The owner was not considerate.Another thing we checked in around 8 PM.But asking a 1 hour extension was not possible?.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the valet parking service was perfect—smooth and convenient. However, the apartment (M19) felt outdated. Several cabinet doors were broken, many lights were not functioning, and the power outlets were in poor condition. Additionally, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and unsteady, making it difficult to use. While the location is a highlight, the apartment itself could use some maintenance and upgrades to improve the guest experience.

It’s not the best but it’s not the worst. We were only there two nights. It wouldn’t be a property I would stay in for longer than 2 nights. And the first bed is super uncomfortable. The quality of the towels sheets and even the microwave is like. 2 star they need to invest in new appliances and sheets and towels.

Hello, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. I checked in late at approximately 11:45 PM tonight, and from the onset, the experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, I encountered an unnecessarily long wait before being allowed to enter the building, followed by a difficult and unpleasant process of transporting luggage over a ramp. The suite I was assigned was in unacceptable condition. It was filthy, with dust covering the shelves, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, with terrible, worn-out pillows. Moreover, the suite had a foul odor, and the floors were sticky and unhygienic. This experience is a stark contrast to the images and descriptions provided on Expedia, which I now view as completely misleading and deceptive. The accommodation was far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or comfort.

Good stay
Honestly I was scared because some of the reviews are negative but we had a great time and we had no issues. Everything was clean. The only thing that was kind a pain is the elevator. But other than that it was great.

Location cannot be beat! Oceanside, along the bike and walk path, quiet area, walk to local restaurants and morning coffee. BUT...the building is old. The units are old. The furnishing is cheap. Overall, this place is shabby. There is no real front desk. It is manned by security guards. My room number didn't match the email I had received. Guard said go to the basement, there's an office down there. They can figure it out. ?? I didn't even know the name of a company to look for in basement? You get two thin tiny towels and then two thin old pool towels for your stay. Go to that office in basement if you want more I guess? And don't expect service from them on the weekend. I went down saturday morning for beach chairs as per the QR code in the unit. NO ONE THERE ALL WEEKEND. I went to walgreens to get tissues, paper towel and 2 beach towels. Toilet kept running. No one fixed it the whole stay. I had to remove tank lid and jiggle flap everytime we flushed. Woke to a huge roach in the tub, half dead, one morning. Thin walls and door means hearing everyone around you and in hallway at all hours, especially those coming home after midnite. Again, location is perfect and 5 stars. The physical place is not. I would stay at the hilton down the road next tiem.
