"We chose this hotel because it was one of the few in the south beach area with a 2 bedroom suite. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby, bar and restaurant area are nicely furnish but arriving at 3 p.m. prime time afternoon we couldn’t get a cold drink or a bite to eat until 6 p.m. and would have to go to filling station next door for food and drink. We were also told that parking was off site about 1/2 mile away and that they no longer offered valet service so we would have to self park and...

"Unfortunately we had some issues with service - provided only 2 new clean towels daily for a suite room with 4 girls and waited over an hour for them to arrive, tvs did not have streaming and live channels constantly glitched, one elevator was down and elevators were slow, lunch at the restaurant by the pool took over an hour for us to get our salads! I know these experiences may be bad luck, but it really dampened our stay which is so sad because the hotel was aesthetically so cute for a girls...
