"The staff was very nice and professional (I loved Amy, Kevin, and Ignacio). The lobby is beautiful, affordable, and in a Great location. Lounge chairs are comfortable, and there are plenty on the beach. Our room was huge, and the terrace faced the beach. They definitely need new couches and better Wi-Fi that connects to the TV. "Hotel was amply lush inside and out. Staff was great though most spoke Spanish only. Room was great though bathroom is large but badly organized with no door on the toilet area and a huge tub but a tiny shower - and no real shade on the bathroom to the bedroom. For the price (and I had the no discount or air miles price) those things should be fixed."
